Perrysburg Children's House has several activities planned in advance of the Thanksgiving holiday. On Monday, Nov. 19, at 8:30 a.m. a Thankful Theatre will take place in the Great Room. It is a chance for everyone to share their favorite songs and unique talents. Following the Thankful Theatre, the classrooms will work on projects that will be given away to local organizations as part of the Giving Celebration.
On Tuesday, Nov. 20, Perrysburg parent, Cordula Mora, will teach the kindergarten class about the German tradition of St. Martin’s Day. Students will make paper lanterns to use in a parade that will held that afternoon.
Parents are welcome to volunteer or attend these events. Please contact Jenn Schoepf for details on how to get involved.
