Samantha (Laramie) Reynolds (Class of 2012)

Samantha (Laramie) Reynolds began learning the French language as a young WSM student and is off to teach English and increase her French fluency in Beauvais, France until next May.
A member of WSM's Class of 2012, Laramie interned with Margaret Kohler as a French teacher during her Middle School internships. After graduating from Maumee Valley Country Day School in 2016, Laramie attended Wittenberg University, graduating in 2020 with a BA in English Language and Literature with a double minor in Secondary Education and French. At Wittenberg, she was Co-President of Fact in Fiction, the campus creative writing club, and Secretary of the Shakespeare Society.

Toledo campus parents may recognize Laramie from her work as a summer camp teacher, substitute teacher, and morning dropoff attendant. She plans to facilitate a penpal program between her students in France and students at WSM. If your child would like to participate, they can email Laramie at
