Alum Wins Art Show Award
Sam Thomas (’19), now a sophomore at Maumee Valley Country Day School, participated in his first-ever juried art competition in November.
Two of Sam’s sculptures were shown at Owens Community College’s Passages exhibition. He received one of only four awards given at the show for his piece War Elephant.
In addition to being a talented artist, Sam plays varsity soccer, serves in Maumee Valley’s Global Leadership Program, and excels academically.
