Alum Awarded Prizes in Wildlife Photography Contest
Congratulations to WSM alum Ben Heckert (‘21) for his recent recognition in a Friends of Savannah Coastal Wildlife Refuges photography contest.
Ben was awarded both first place and third place in the landscape category. His adorable photo of ducks earned him third place in wildlife. All of his awards were in the youth division.
Ben loves photographing wildlife and nature; this was his first time entering a contest. His photos will be displayed in the Savannah Coastal Refuges Complex Visitor Center until spring.
