Toddler Teacher (Perrysburg Campus)

West Side Montessori, Perrysburg Campus, has an opening for a full-time toddler teacher beginning August 2025.
Would you enjoy a work environment where you sit on the floor with toddlers in your lap and read, sing songs about a little spider, stop to jump in puddles and find worms, and celebrate with a child when they pour their own cup of water by himself for snacktime or when a toddler finally zips her own coat for the first time? If so, we’d like to hear from you!

Our toddler program serves children ages 13 months to 3 years. We are one of the largest private Montessori schools in the country and are accredited by the American Montessori Society.

This salaried position is full-time during the school year from August - June. West Side offers a summer camp program where teachers may choose to work (full or part-time) during the summer months for additional pay.

Salary:
  • A salary range of $30,000 - $38,000 is offered based on experience and education. Yearly salary increases are given.

Benefits:
  • Small class sizes (8 - 14 children per room)
  • A co-teacher to teach with and a shared or dedicated assistant
