Maggie Klear

Maggie came to West Side when she was just two years old in Little House, marking the start of an experience that would shape her into a dedicated leader and hard worker.
Over the years, she explored a variety of activities, from cross country, basketball, tennis, and soccer to gymnastics and ballet. Her time at West Side was filled with learning, growth, and friendships that would last a lifetime.

Among her most impactful experiences, Montessori Model United Nations stands out as her favorite. Connecting with students her age from around the world opened her eyes to different perspectives while helping her become a stronger leader. Her Montessori education has equipped her with valuable skills—focus, determination, and leadership—all of which will serve her well in high school.

Maggie is grateful that her family chose West Side through middle school, as it gave her the opportunity to strengthen friendships, prepare academically, and fully experience the school’s offerings. She sees it as the perfect way to conclude her journey at West Side, taking in everything it had to offer before moving on.

As she looks ahead, Maggie will be attending St. Ursula Academy, where she hopes to receive an excellent education, build meaningful friendships, and find ways to lead within her school community. Beyond high school, her aspirations include attending a great college that will help her achieve her dream career.

Her advice to younger students is full of wisdom—no matter how tough things may get with school or friendships, perseverance is key. Hard work pays off, and everything learned along the way will be worth the late nights and dedication.

Reflecting on her journey, Maggie is grateful for the time she spent at West Side Montessori, knowing that staying through middle school allowed her to gain unforgettable experiences and prepare for the next exciting chapter in her life.
